Maison Ozmen is excited to present you our first Hong Kong artists duo show Night on the Galactic Railroad featuring two young talents Amy Tam and Steven Choi. During the show, 15 heart-warming works will be presented to give our collector an art therapy to comfort the soul. Although Amy and Steven use different approach, they both create art connected to the nature with their innocent and optimist attitude to the world.
Tam Mei Yi, Amy, was born and raised in Hong Kong, with a course in BA Visual Communication. She started her career as a full-time artist since 2018. Her works are not just about nature and human beings but also the sound of nature in Lamma Island where she is staying at the moment. With her background in art therapy, her works are healing and heartwarming.
Steven Choi, an emerging illustrator was born and raised in Hong Kong, and has engaged in art and illustration through self-study since he was a teenager. He is the first Chinese who won the two highest honors, including winning in WIA Self-Initiated Professional Category and Grand Prix in JIA Illustration Award. His illustration includes “Zu & Pi” and the illustration of the same series. He is the first Chinese Illustrator officially authorized to illustrate “Le Petit Prince” and create a sequel to “Le Petit Prince”.
In the duo show, we will bring Amy’s Lamma Island’s breeze together with Steven’s free-spirit characters including the little prince, hoping to give you a healing pause of art.
